Larry Want's To Divorce Bethany After the deadly Secret.😱..!

The house felt colder than ever that night.

Not because of the winter air, but because Larry had finally learned the truth—a truth so heavy, it shattered everything he believed about his marriage.

Bethany stood in the living room, her hands shaking, her eyes red from crying. Across from her, Larry leaned against the wall, his arms crossed tightly, his jaw clenched. He wasn’t yelling. That scared her more than anything.

“Say it again,” Larry said quietly. “Tell me I heard it wrong.”

Bethany swallowed hard. “Larry… I didn’t know how to tell you.”

Those words were enough.

Larry let out a bitter laugh, shaking his head. “That’s what you say when you did know—and chose to lie.”

The secret had come out only hours earlier, delivered in the most cruel way possible. A message. An envelope. Proof that couldn’t be denied. What Bethany had hidden for years wasn’t just a mistake—it was something that had shaped their entire life together.

“You let me live a lie,” Larry said, his voice breaking for the first time. “Every smile. Every promise. Even Christmas… it was all built on this?”

Bethany stepped forward, tears streaming. “I was trying to protect our family.”

“Protect?” Larry snapped. “You decided my life for me!”

Silence filled the room like smoke.

Larry turned away, rubbing his face with both hands. “Do you know what hurts the most?” he asked. “It’s not the secret itself. It’s that you never trusted me with the truth.”

Bethany collapsed onto the couch. “I was afraid,” she sobbed. “Afraid you’d leave.”

Larry turned back slowly, his eyes empty. “And now you’ve made sure of it.”

Her head snapped up. “What do you mean?”

Larry took a deep breath. “I want a divorce.”

The word echoed through the house.

“No…” Bethany whispered. “Larry, please. We can fix this.”

“There are some things you don’t fix,” he said firmly. “You survive them—or you walk away.”

He walked to the bedroom and returned with a small suitcase. Bethany watched in disbelief as he began placing clothes inside, each movement feeling like another piece of her heart being torn away.

“You’re leaving?” she asked, barely able to speak.

“I need space,” Larry replied. “And I need the truth—from now on.”

She grabbed his arm. “I still love you.”

Larry looked at her hand on his arm, then gently moved it away. “Love doesn’t survive betrayal, Bethany. Not without honesty.”

At the door, he paused.

“For years, I defended you. I chose you every time,” he said softly. “But tonight, I choose myself.”

The door closed behind him with a final click.

Bethany slid down to the floor, sobbing uncontrollably as the weight of her secret finally crushed her. Outside, snow began to fall—silent, cold, unforgiving.
